Terms of Service
Effective August 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Custom (“we”) about your use of Meet. By using Meet, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Meet.
Using Meet
Meet lets anyone create a meeting, share its link, and collect when people are free. There are no accounts. Anyone with a meeting’s link can view it and add or change responses, so share links only with people you trust.
Your content
You’re responsible for what you enter, including meeting names and responder names. Don’t enter sensitive personal information, such as health, financial, or government ID details. You let us store your content and show it to people with the meeting’s link, only so we can run Meet.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Meet to:
- post anything illegal, harassing, or hateful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
- pretend to be someone else, or change other people’s responses without their permission;
- send spam, or create meetings or responses in bulk with automated tools;
- interfere with Meet, overload it, or try to get around its security.
We may remove content or meetings, or block access, at any time, especially to stop abuse.
No warranty
Meet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise that Meet will always be available or error-free, or that data won’t be lost. Keep your own record of the times you decide on. We may change or stop Meet at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Custom won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, missed meetings, or lost profits, arising from your use of Meet. Our total liability for any claim about Meet is limited to US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
If your content or your misuse of Meet leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above. If you keep using Meet after that, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
