How it works

Find a time without the reply-all thread. Setting up takes about a minute.

  1. Create a meeting

Give it a name, then pick the days of the week, a time of day, and how long each slot is. You get a link right away.

  2. Share the link

Send it however your group talks: chat, email, or a text. Anyone with the link can respond and see the results. Nobody needs an account.

  3. Mark when you’re free

Tap the times that work for you, or drag across them with a mouse. Your times are saved when you select Submit.

  4. Pick the time

The grid gets darker where more people are free, and it updates live as responses come in. The best time is at the top, with two runner-up times in case it doesn’t work out.

Good to know

  • Changed your plans? Open the link again in the same browser and select Edit my availability.
  • Names aren’t passwords. Anyone with the link can replace a response by typing the same name, so share the link only with your group.
  • Times appear exactly as the organizer set them, so everyone should read them in the same time zone.
