Privacy Policy
Effective August 5, 2026
Meet helps a group find a time to meet. This policy explains what information Meet handles, why, and the choices you have. Meet is run by Custom (“we”).
What we collect
- Meetings you create: the meeting name, the days and time range, and the slot length.
- Responses: the name you type and the times you mark as free.
We don’t ask for accounts, email addresses, or passwords, and you don’t need to use your real name. Any name works.
Who can see it
Anyone with a meeting’s link can see the meeting name, every responder’s name, and the times they marked. Links are random and hard to guess, but they aren’t private once shared. Don’t put sensitive information in meeting names or responder names.
Stored in your browser
Meet saves a few things in your browser’s local storage so it works the way you expect:
- the name you responded with on each meeting, so you can edit your response later;
- the last name you used, to fill in the name field next time;
- your light or dark theme choice.
These stay on your device and aren’t sent to us. Meet doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. You can clear this data at any time in your browser’s settings.
Server logs
Our servers keep basic technical logs, such as which addresses were requested and when. These may include your IP address. We use them only to keep Meet running and secure.
How we use information
Only to provide Meet: storing meetings, showing responses to people with the link, and keeping the service secure. We don’t sell or rent your information. We don’t share it, except with the hosting provider that runs our servers, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep meetings and responses until they’re deleted. To delete a meeting or a response, email us the meeting link.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information about you. Email custom@customrl.dev and we’ll help. Because there are no accounts, we may ask for the meeting link and the name you used so we can find your response.
Children
Meet isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
